Anchor Hospitality was founded within RREAF Holdings, LLC to set the strategic vision and operating framework for a growing portfolio of hotels and resorts in high-barrier U.S. markets.
Who we are
Anchor Hospitality is led by people who spent their careers running hotels and resorts at considerable scale — among them the Venetian | Palazzo Resort and Sands Expo Center in Las Vegas, and Baha Mar Resort and Casino in Nassau — along with luxury and lifestyle properties across the United States.
That experience now sits behind a deliberately small portfolio, where the same leadership is close enough to a property to know how it runs day to day.
What we do
Day-to-day hotel operations, service standards, and staffing, along with the specialized work of opening a property or converting one from a previous brand or owner.
Underwriting acquisitions, forecasting performance for existing assets, and overseeing capital plans against the original investment thesis.
Revenue strategy, distribution, corporate accounts, group business, and meetings and events.
Reporting systems and analytics that give property teams and ownership the same view of performance.
Month-end close, cash management and forecasting, reconciliations, budgeting, and standardized accounting processes and controls.
